Our Winter Workshops are a great way to try something new or continue with your theatre education before our Spring Theatre Academy 2026. Workshops are offered for students ages 3-18 and adults. Classes include acting, musical theatre, dance, and more!

ACTING
Intermediate Acting: Shakespeare

This class is designed for the child who has participated in an “Introduction to Acting” class or has equivalent experience on stage. Students will be encouraged to expand their performance skills by delving into the works of Shakespeare. Study scenes, sonnets, and monologues written by "the bard" as students learn the style and meaning behind these timeless works. Each student will leave this class with new acting material and be ready to take on their next audition or performance!

For our youngest shining stars! Students will learn the basic foundational principles of musical theatre by studying singing, dancing, and acting techniques. They will develop performance skills and grow in confidence onstage and off!
Broadway Kids

Do you love Broadway musicals? Then this class is for you! Students will receive detailed instruction in voice, acting, and dance technique while also working on a show-stopping performance piece from a Broadway musical.
Musical Theatre: Modern musicals

Singing, and Dancing and Acting, OH MY! Students will work on choreography, group, and solo singing, as well as storytelling through acting, to develop a spectacular cabaret show! This class focuses on modern Broadway pop musicals like HAMILTON, HADESTOWN, and SIX. This is an excellent class for our music-loving students who want to showcase their skills in a fun and engaging environment.
Musical Theatre Winter Cabaret

A great foundational class for students who want a more performance based approach. Students will sing, dance, and act their way through Winter themed musical showstoppers like "Let it Go"!
Group Voice

This class is for our students who love to sing! They will work on vocal technique, dynamics, musicality, and the basics of music theory. A great introduction to the world of music and vocal technique.
DANCING
Mixed Level Hip Hop

Brush up on your dance skills and challenge yourself to pick up hip-hop dance combos to nail your next audition, while having a lot of fun! This is a judgment-free zone, so if you've ever wanted to learn hip hop, this is the class for you!
SPECIALTY
Jedi training

It’s back! The Force is strong with you… Join our Jedi Master to train and go from Padawan to Jedi. You will go through a series of activities, learn basic stage combat, and create an action story to present on the final day of camp. Students will be provided with robes and lightsabers to use for the class…everything a Jedi or Sith Lord needs!
ART OF THEATRE

Explore the visual elements of theatre, including costumes, props, lighting, and set design, as you create and piece together a production. Ending with a gallery walk of all the work on the final day!

Empower and challenge yourself to take the stage. This class is designed for adult actors, beginner to expert, who will learn how to create or further develop their actor’s toolbox.
