Jeffrey Waterman is a long-time businessman, patron of the arts and educator. Mr. Waterman has a proven record as an Account Executive in medical equipment and product sales, having developed business plans and led efforts for several products and services as he worked to meet the needs of area operating rooms and doctors’ offices. Jeffrey holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Saint Augustine University and a Master’s in Communication from the University of Akron.

Jack Steele

Jack Steele is a retired financial analyst who dedicated 42 years of service to The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, where he worked in International Operations, North American Subsidiaries, and as a Cash Management Analyst in the Goodyear Treasury Department. He holds a BS in Industrial Management from the University of Akron.

Adam Vigneault

Adam Vigneault is the Director of Sales Operations at Ameri-Cal Corp., a third-generation family-owned company based in Medina, Ohio, specializing in value-added pressure-sensitive

solutions. In his role, Vigneault is responsible for overseeing sales strategies, improving operational efficiency, and driving business growth. His work ensures that Ameri-Cal Corp. maintains its reputation for delivering innovative, high-quality products to industry leaders.

Richard Ellison, MD

Dr. Richard Ellison is an ophthalmologist with over 40 years of experience in medical practice, specializing in comprehensive ophthalmology. He currently works in Ophthalmology for the Akron region at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Ellison holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Kent State University and earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Debra Calhoun, MA

Debra Calhoun is a fiber artist, educator, and business leader who serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Cre8tions, LLC, a company based in Akron, Ohio. Diamond Cre8tions specializes in quilt traditions, family art group creations, and independent jewelry design, with a focus on promoting cultural heritage through innovative art. Since founding her company in 2008, Calhoun has established herself as an advocate for the preservation and advancement of fiber arts.

Geraldine Hayes Nelson, Ph D

Dr. Geraldine Hayes Nelson possesses her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University.  She has served in various leadership roles, from Associate
Dean of Undergraduate Studies, Assistant Vice-President  for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Executive Director, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, to her current Executive Director Employee Engagement and Outreach.
