14th Annual 8x10: The Eileen Moushey TheatreFest

Created and first produced by Eileen Moushey -- a longtime Weathervane Playhouse volunteer, actor, board member, and donor -- Weathervane's 8x10 TheatreFest is a new-play festival in which we select and present eight 10-minute plays culled from several hundred submissions sent in from around the world, all of them linked by a singular setting. Audience members get to vote for their favorite plays, with the winners receiving cash awards for their efforts.

Audiences at our 2025 festival selected a campground as the setting/location for the 10-minute plays of the 2026 festival. Submission information for the 2026 festival will be announced in the fall of 2025. Watch this space!

Discounts for College Students

Beginning 60 minutes before each performance, available tickets are sold at a "rush" discounted price of HALF PRICE to any current college student with a valid I.D. Normal ticketing fees will be added to each purchase. This offer is limited to one discounted ticket per valid I.D. This offer is available only in person at the box office beginning one hour before each performance, pending ticket availability. This offer is not available by telephone or Internet. This offer is not valid on previously purchased tickets. No retroactive discounts are available.
