In the very immediate aftermath of the terrorist attacks of 9/11, there was much debate at Weathervane as to whether or not the Sunshine Boys should continue as scheduled, if it should be moved, or if it would be cancelled outright. After hours of deliberation, they concluded that the show must go on to provide laughter and levity to the community when it was needed most.
