The Wedding Singer plays on our Founders Theater mainstage from June 3 to 27, 2010. Tickets range between $15 and $24.
If you're not familiar with this show, here's a brief desciption of it:
Comb your mullet, grab your fluorescent hair ribbons, leg warmers and super-sized cell phones – and take a trip back to 1985 in this laugh-yourself-silly musical comedy. Robbie Hart might be New Jersey’s favorite wedding-band singer, but he’s stuck living in his grandmother’s basement as he struggles to lift himself out of musical obscurity. When his fiancée ditches him, Robbie tries to put aside his sarcastic bitterness and win the heart of sweet Julia. Trouble is, she’s already engaged to someone else! As a Valley Girl would say, The Wedding Singer promises totally awesome, totally tubular, gnarly, mondo-awesome fun – for sure!
